The superior performance of metal polymer plain bushings lies in their unique composite structure:

  • Impregnated anti-friction overlay enriched with PTFE and fillers or extruded thermoplastic tape
  • Porous sintered bronze interlayer for high wear resistance

BEARING Design

Depending upon application requirements, metal-polymer composite bearings can be produced in many shapes and sizes from inner diameters ranging from just 2 mm / 0.08" to more than 500 mm / 20".

The type of loading applied to the bearing will determine which bearing shape is required.

    According to Final Shape

Standard sized parts for a wide range of bearing products with basic dimensions (inner diameter, outer dimeter, length, etc.) according to international standards are readily available from stock.

Special bearings with additional functionality can be produced to customer specifications and requirements.
This includes but is not limited to grooves and holes for lubricant, locating notches, punched and stamped shapes, half bearings for piston pumps/motors and sub-assemblies.
