On Feb 12th, GGB China received local government approval for re-opening after successfully completing an on-site audit following the government process. Based on the government guarantee requirement, only somel of our employees are eligible to return to work now. We expect that it will take at least one month, and possibly longer, to have all employees back and allowed to work. As a result, we will operate for an extended period of time with limited capacity. Also, there will be continuous challenges on our suppliers and limited logistic availability from forwarders. We also anticipate other potential challenges and uncertainties such as limited availability of medical protection items. Safety is one of our company’s core values, so GGB is focused on the safety of employees and the community, while at the same time doing its best to recover production. We appreciate and are grateful for your cooperation and partnership during this period.
