GGB Bearing Technology will participate in the 51st International Paris Air Show, June 15-21, 2015 at the Le Bourget Exhibition Centre, hall 5, booth F232. Certified to the AS 9100C quality standard, the company has been supplying high-performance bearings to the aerospace industry for over 50 years.
Its self-lubricating metal-polymer bearings, notably DP4-B and DU-B, meet the industry’s requirements for light weight, high load capacity, low cross-section and wide temperature range. They are used in landing gear struts, wing flap actuators and hydraulic fuel pumps, among other applications.
Its lightweight GAR-MAX® filament wound bearings provide high load capacity and excellent resistance to shock, misalignment and contamination. They are used as anti-flail bushings in the U.S. Joint Forces tilt-rotor aircraft, as well as in commercial airliner wing de-icing systems.
In addition its corrosion-resistant, thermoplastic EP® bearings are suitable for both lubricated and dry working conditions in a variety of aircraft interior applications such as seating, overhead storage compartments and galley fixtures.
