GGB Bearing Technology will be in Booths 46 and 47 at this year’s Car Training Institute (CTI) Symposium China, held Sept. 25-27 at the Marriott Hotel Parkview in Shanghai.
GGB will display its automotive bearings, mainly bushings and washers that are widely used inside different types of transmissions, such as DP4®, DP31 and DTS10® metal-polymer bearings, engineered plastic bearings such as EP®44 and EP®64, and bimetal bearings such as AuGlide™. GGB professionals will also demonstrate the capability of various bearings, provide design analysis from the beginning of a transmission project, and highlight GGB’s lubricated products.
“We are going to take advantage of this symposium by gaining a better understanding of the expectations and requirements of our customer, and that will help build our reputation with our consumers,” said GGB Automotive Sales Manager David Li. “It is a great opportunity for GGB to learn from and our attendance will contribute to GGB’s future material technology and help us to grow the business with our customer.”
The three-day event provides an update on the latest automotive transmission technology and drive engineering for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. The international industry symposium delivers the appropriate platform to find new partners for purchase and sales of whole systems and components. Automobile manufacturers, transmission and component companies will also give an overview and outlook on technical and market trends.
For more than a century GGB has worked hand in hand with end-users to address unique industrial problems. In the process, GGB has consistently produced innovative solutions that reduce bearing assembly weight and size, while also reducing warranty claims and cost of ownership. GGB’s maintenance-free, grease-free bearing technology is a mainstay in many of the sectors within the event’s purview, including the fluid power and transmission industries.
